By accessing this website, participating in our livestreams, purchasing products through this website or affiliated sales channels, or bidding on products sold by One of One Slammer LLC, including through Whatnot or any other approved marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use this website, participate in our livestreams, bid on our listings, or purchase our products.
One of One Slammer LLC operates as a live-stream trading card breaker and seller. The Company conducts live sales, auctions, box breaks, case breaks, pack breaks, and related collectible trading card transactions through third-party marketplaces and affiliated sales channels.
A “break” generally refers to the live opening of sealed trading card boxes, packs, cases, or other collectible products, where customers purchase or bid on assigned teams, spots, divisions, players, letters, packs, boxes, or other clearly identified purchase categories before or during the livestream.
Nature of the Business
All livestream sales are conducted in real time through the applicable sales platform. Customers are responsible for reviewing the listing, break format, rules, product description, assigned category, and any platform-specific terms before bidding or purchasing.
By participating in a livestream or break, customers acknowledge and agree that:

Break formats may vary by product, sport, release, marketplace listing, and livestream event.

The customer is purchasing the assigned spot, team, division, player, letter, pack, box, item, or category identified in the listing or livestream.

The specific cards or items pulled from sealed products are unknown before the product is opened.

There is no guarantee that any particular card, player, team, value, grade, parallel, autograph, memorabilia card, insert, or “hit” will be pulled.

Some spots, teams, players, divisions, letters, or categories may receive no cards or items, depending on the product contents and break format.

All sales, bids, purchases, and break entries are subject to the rules and procedures of the platform on which the sale occurs.
Livestream Sales and Breaks
One of One Slammer LLC does not operate gambling, lotteries, raffles, sweepstakes, games of chance, or prize contests.
Customers are purchasing collectible trading cards, sealed products, assigned break spots, or other clearly identified goods or purchase categories. Any cards or items received are determined by the contents of the sealed product opened during the livestream and the applicable break format disclosed to customers.
No customer is required to pay consideration for the chance to win a prize separate from the purchased product or break category. One of One Slammer LLC does not guarantee profit, resale value, investment return, or monetary gain from any purchase or break participation.
No Gambling, Lottery, or Prize Contest
One of One Slammer LLC strives to conduct livestream sales and breaks in a transparent and commercially reasonable manner. The Company may provide product descriptions, break rules, team lists, spot assignments, card shipping rules, and other relevant information through the applicable listing, livestream, chat, website, invoice, or marketplace page.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all available information before bidding or purchasing. Platform rules, marketplace policies, and listing-specific terms may also apply.
Transparency and Platform Compliance
All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated by the applicable platform.
Purchases may be conducted by fixed price, auction, bid, offer, marketplace checkout, or other platform-approved method. Payment must be completed in accordance with the applicable platform’s payment process before any product is shipped or released.
One of One Slammer LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or void any order, bid, or transaction suspected of fraud, abuse, platform manipulation, chargeback risk, payment irregularity, or violation of these Terms or applicable marketplace rules.
Pricing, Bidding, and Payment
All eligible cards and items will be shipped to the customer using the shipping process available through the applicable marketplace or sales channel.
One of One Slammer LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the buyer, customs, weather, force majeure events, platform processing delays, or other events outside the Company’s reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate and current before purchasing. If an item is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.
Shipping and Handling
Trading cards and collectible products may vary in condition. Unless expressly stated otherwise, One of One Slammer LLC does not guarantee that any card will receive a particular grade from any grading company.
Customers acknowledge that cards pulled from sealed products may contain manufacturer defects, print lines, centering issues, corner wear, edge wear, surface defects, roller marks, dimples, scratches, or other condition issues outside the control of One of One Slammer LLC.
One of One Slammer LLC does not manufacture the sealed trading card products opened during breaks and is not responsible for manufacturer collation, quality-control issues, missing hits, redemption terms, expired redemptions, or product defects caused by the manufacturer.
Card Condition and Grading
Some trading card products may contain redemption cards issued by manufacturers. Any redemption card is subject to the manufacturer’s terms, conditions, expiration dates, fulfillment process, substitution policies, and availability.
One of One Slammer LLC is not responsible for manufacturer redemption fulfillment, redemption delays, expired redemptions, substitutions, or manufacturer decisions regarding redemption cards.
Redemptions
Due to the live, time-sensitive, and collectible nature of livestream breaks, auctions, and trading card sales:

All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law, marketplace rules, or an approved written exception.

Once a break has begun, a customer may not cancel a purchased spot solely because the customer is dissatisfied with the cards pulled, the cards not pulled, or the value of the items received.

One of One Slammer LLC does not issue refunds based on the market value, resale value, grading outcome, or perceived quality of cards pulled from sealed products.

Refunds may be considered only if an error occurs on the Company’s part, such as a duplicate charge, incorrect shipment, failure to ship an eligible item, or another verified operational error.
If you believe there was an error with your order or shipment, please contact us promptly at [email protected], or through the applicable marketplace support channel, and provide your order number, platform username, livestream date, product or break name, and a description of the issue.
Returns and Refunds
Customers must promptly notify One of One Slammer LLC of any claimed damaged, missing, or incorrect item. The Company may require photographs, video, packaging images, order information, livestream references, shipping information, and other evidence reasonably necessary to investigate the claim.
If the issue relates to carrier damage, One of One Slammer LLC may require cooperation with a carrier claim or marketplace claim process.
One of One Slammer LLC reserves the right to deny claims that are unsupported, untimely, inconsistent with livestream footage, inconsistent with shipping records, or otherwise not verified.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Customers must participate in livestreams and transactions respectfully and lawfully. Harassment, threats, abusive language, fraudulent conduct, bid manipulation, chargeback abuse, or attempts to disrupt a livestream or marketplace process are prohibited.
One of One Slammer LLC reserves the right to block, ban, refuse service to, or report any customer who violates these Terms, applicable platform rules, or reasonable standards of conduct.
Customer Conduct
Products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
One of One Slammer LLC makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding:

The specific contents of any sealed product before it is opened;

The inclusion of any specific card, player, team, autograph, memorabilia card, insert, parallel, serial-numbered card, or hit;

The condition, grade, future grade, or grading eligibility of any card;

The collectible value, resale value, market value, or future value of any item;

The profitability or investment value of any purchase; or
-
The uninterrupted availability of any livestream, website, marketplace, or sales channel.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, One of One Slammer LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of value, lost profits, loss of opportunity, disappointment in break results, platform interruption, or expectation-based damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the maximum liability of One of One Slammer LLC for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product, break spot, or transaction giving rise to the claim.
Limitation of Liability
One of One Slammer LLC may sell products or conduct livestreams through third-party marketplaces, including Whatnot or other approved platforms. Those platforms may have separate terms of service, buyer rules, payment rules, shipping rules, dispute processes, and community guidelines.
By purchasing through a third-party platform, customers also agree to comply with that platform’s applicable terms and policies.
One of One Slammer LLC is not responsible for platform outages, platform payment issues, platform account restrictions, platform errors, or marketplace decisions outside the Company’s control.
Third-Party Platforms
All livestream content, videos, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, break names, promotional materials, website content, and related media created or published by One of One Slammer LLC are the property of the Company or used with permission.
Customers may not copy, reproduce, edit, distribute, monetize, or commercially use Company content without prior written consent.
Intellectual Property and Content
One of One Slammer LLC is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any trading card manufacturer, sports league, team, athlete, marketplace, grading company, or brand unless expressly stated.
All trademarks, team names, player names, product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
Non-Affiliation Disclaimer
One of One Slammer LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be effective when posted, unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of the website, participation in livestreams, or purchase of products after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
